MORE IN THE FORESTS THAN IN BOOKS
Theatre reading and live music with Violante Placido. Presented by Raffaello Fusaro
To quote Bernardo di Chiaravalle: You will find more in the forests than in books. Let’s look around. Shhh! Let’s be quiet and the theatre lights come on. Let’s listen to the small sounds of nature. Far from the traffic and the city, crossing the main roads until we reach forest footpaths. Let’s get out of the car, moving away from the walls of home. When we are in a forest it is said that we suddenly find ourselves in another form of society. Perfectly organised. Intelligent.
With poetic grace and charisma, Violante Placido, fated to bear a name of ancient origin meaning "similar to the viola”, will take us on a musical and literary journey dedicated to nature, forests, the clear mountain air, and ecology in terms of thinking rather than habits. A short journey looking not for a better world, but for a better way of living in the world.
