ANTARCTICA - PACKEIS - ROBBEN - PINGUINE

PETER K. HERTLING

A research team from the Alfred Wegener Institute in Bremerhaven, worked for a couple of weeks in one of the most inaccessible coastal areas of the Antarctic. Among other things they filmed the colonies of the large Emperor penguins, the "playground" of Weddell seals and the foraging areas of the whales. Exeptional underwater film shows how the seals are perfectly at home in the world of ice, storm and crisp cold where they live.
