VOISINS DES NUAGES, AVEC LES OIES SAUVAGES
France / 2001 / 52'
There is a species of wild goose that is becoming extinct in a subdued but ineluctable way, rapidly and finally. 85% of the young geese die during their first migratory flight, partly, but not only, due to poaching. A group of men, witnesses of this decline, have decided to act more quickly than the slow programmes of scientific research, overcoming political and bureaucratic obstacles before it is too late. These men, with initiative and even risk, have devised and made incredible flying machines, worthy of Icarus and Jules Verne, to save these birds.
