Tasting counters to discover new varieties, new aromas and the evolution of resistant vine varieties

Reducing the use of pesticides, conserving the vineyard landscape in the mountains and guaranteeing environmental, economic and social sustainability: we explore PIWI varieties with some vineyards from the region, who will offer tasting of some of the best examples of wines obtained from these new varieties.
