ASADO. THE SOCIAL HEART OF ARGENTINA

At the Baita Festival we celebrate iconic Argentine gastronomy: asado. Rather than a meal it is a ritual linked to sharing and socialisation, handed down over time. The meat, cooked slowly on the grill, releases intense aromas and flavours, telling a story of tradition and passion. It will be accompanied by the Fernandito, a classic cocktail based on Fernet and cola, perfect for bringing out the flavour of the meat.
