MOUNTAIN COOKING DEMONSTRATION WITH RICCARDO BOSCO

Riccardo Bosco, 2025 Innkeeper of the Year according to the Slow Food guide to Italian inns, presents a cooking demonstration dedicated to his restaurant Boivin in Levico. A journey exploring the flavours and stories of high lands, through preparation of dishes exploiting local agricultural production chains.
