Su, a young Italian gardener working in Switzerland, is summoned one morning by her boss to answer an accusation of theft at work. During the interview, Su reviews the day's events, recalling her encounter with her colleague Lore, a mysterious older woman. As the conversation progresses, Su realises that in order to defend herself, she will have to recount a version that differs from the real one.
