Sridhar runs away just before his coming-of-age ceremony during which he is expected to reiterate allegiance to his family. He demands to know more about his father, and goes to his mother for answers. She wants to protect her son from the painful truth but also wants to be honest with him, but the tree where her husband hanged himself still stands, reminding her of the past.

Niranjan Raj Bhetwal is a talented Nepali filmmaker based in Kathmandu. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Scriptwriting and Direction and has participated in several filmmaking workshops and master classes. He is currently working on his debut feature film, ACROSS THE RAINBOW BRIDGE.
