In a small port town in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, the rapid progress of infrastructure projects and the burgeoning growth in tourism are increasingly impacting the lives of the local residents. Edivaldo, a long-time inhabitant of the area with a passion for cinema, utilizes his camera to capture the memories and transformations of the place that has been his home since childhood. Meanwhile, young Iara faces challenges in her pursuit of a new residence in the Topolândia neighborhood, seeking refuge from the chaos caused by the construction of a new road near her current home. As these changes unfold, an unprecedented storm sweeps through the town.
