A NORWEGIAN TORRENT
Moth Holger
Denmark / 1955 / 16'
The camera captures and records the course of a Norwegian river, from the source that springs through an opening in the ice, to its outlet into the sea. It is observed how the river serves for fishing and for transporting floating logs, while its energy powers, among other things, electric workshops. The lower course is navigable by small boats that overcome the waterfalls through channels and locks and sluices.
