For the first time, a mountain expedition was reserved for 60 young climbing prospects, assisted by great mountaineers. Dozens of new routes were opened in two weeks, often very difficult ones. We filmed the entire first ascent of the south spur of Assekrem. The camera was able to follow the climbers through all the difficult passages.
