Music inspired Niklaus Gessner in the making of this short film, inspired by Antonio Vivaldi's "Four Seasons." This combination of music and cinema gave rise to this highly varied documentary, a succession of images—sometimes lively, sometimes calm, sometimes poignant, sometimes stormy—depending on the rhythm of Vivaldi's immortal melody. It also offers an opportunity to show us Switzerland through its seasonal landscapes.
