An official Greek expedition consisting of mountaineers, coming from three sections of the Greek Alpine Club. (Athens, Salonici and Kavala), leaves the country for the first time to climb the south wall of Annapurna. The long expedition with 119 porters starts out from Katmandu and the documentary narrates the various stages of preparation and the meeting with a German expedition.
