The film records the spectacular scenes of the Winter Olympics in Sarajevo, in the Yugoslavian Republic. The spectator is not only taken around the ancient city but also shown some of the competitions particularly the bob race, Nordic ski jumpiong and, towards the end, artistic ice-skating.
