The "Path of Peace" is a touristic-excursionistic trail that is 300 km long and can be walked in 28 to 30 days. The Autonomous Province of Trento has made this path following the Italian-Austrian front line of the First World War. Old military roads that climb to the peaks from the valley have been recuperated and the forts and millitary barracks have been rebuilt. The Labour Exchange of the province made the parth with the help of labourers from work cooperatives. Some riginal film scenes of the First Wolrd War have been used in this documentary which was made with the collaboration of Claudio Fabbro who planned the Path of Peace.
