The white stone is more resistant and durable than man's ability to remember. A monumet without a record on it becomes a stone, material. On the contrary the voice of the poet is like a stone shaped by water. Past life becomes present reality. The film "Marmor" is dedicated to the poet Franz Tumpler who, in January 1992, celebrated his 80th birthday.
