Within a landscape of an exceptional beauty, we find one of the last camps of the Tuareg of Tassili N' Ajjer, a mountain range in the desert of southern Algeria. Hosseini returns to his home in the mountains. His life is torn between his world of today and a way of life that he is passing. Now the classic nomadism of these poeple has been change by sedentarisation, education and enforcement of previously unknown borders. The dromeday, which i vitally important in the life of nomads, is gradually being replaced by $ wheel drive vehicles. The film illustrates the life of Hosseini and his family in the mountains, a pictures that seems to belong to a remote past.
