Mohamed, a young male nurse, works in the Maroccan mountain chain of Atlante, in an impervious area extending from Marrakesh to Ouarzazate. Every day he travels on his motorbike to the villages in the mountains to give inhabitants a minimum of medical assistance and to distribute medicines.
