AINEVA, the inter-regional association of coordination and documentation is chiefly occupied in the prevention of the risk of avalanches which is a safety problem also in the practice of ski.alpinism. In the film, AINEVA presents the most common situations in which avalanches occur and some of the basic rules that ski-alpinists should adhere to as they are often the victims of the avalanches they themselves provoke. These basic rules are filmed live on Mont Blanc, Matterhorn-Mont Rosa, in Val Senales, on the Dolomities and the Giulie and Carniche Alps during excursions carried out in carefully chosen places to show the dangerous situations that can occur in certain environments and under certain circumstances.
