An immersive portrait of the boreal forest that sweeps across North America, Russia, Europe and Japan. Together, the great northern forests form the largest, wildest and arguably most important forest on the planet. It stores more carbon than all the rainforests put together and, as such, is crucial for the world’s climate. Presented in collaboration with Sondrio Festival, where it won the first prize "Città di Sondrio" in 2020.
