On the night between the 29th and 30th October 2018, violent gusts of wind and incessant rain led to the destruction of over 42,000 hectares of alpine forests in north-eastern Italy. Described as the worst ever forest catastrophe in Italy, Storm Vaia changed the face of the woods forever. This documentary focuses on faces, probing the narration of that terrible night, to leave space for what can come out of it.
