In the midst of the mountains and steppes of a timeless Sardinia, a God, saint or perhaps an ancient man pursues a piglet encountered in the bushes. On January 17, all over the island, the first festivities of the year are being prepared, dedicated to fire. A craftsman is forging something that is not just a mask, but almost a way of connecting to another place. This archaic man performs the same action recounted in the legend of St. Anthony the Abbot or Prometheus: he hands over fire to mankind.
