The film is the result of the documentary film workshop “Ciak! La montagna si gira”. During the training programme a diverse and intergenerational group of aspiring filmmakers from Trentino take on the story of Piero, a man who has left his town in the Po Valley to live in the mountains of lower Valsugana. Like an acrobat he climbs silently to the top of majestic chestnut trees, but Piero is facing a new climb and will have to deal with a new life.
