Ben, a European filmmaker, and Negi, an Indian Buddhist, are bound together by a friendship lasting twenty years and a past marked by tragic events. Fascinated by the possibility of finding in Negi a spiritual guide to help him face the subject of death, Ben relives and shares his personal story.

Beniamino Casagrande
Born in Bolzano in 1985, he attended the Zelig School of Documentary, TV and New Media. Since 2016, he has worked as a technical crew manager for German and Italian film productions. He was director of photography for the documentaries LUCA+SILVANA (Finalist for the 2018 Solinas Award, Audience Award at BFFB20) and BAR MARIO (Best Documentary at VIFF17), directed by Stefano Lisci.
