In a small country town, the body of a brutally murdered young woman is found in a drainage ditch along a road running through farmland. Another victim is discovered shortly afterwards. The local police are unprepared, so investigator Park Du-man is called in from the city. He leads the investigation alongside his colleague Cho Yong-gu, relying on his instincts and brutal interrogation methods. The policeman suspects a boy with mental health issues.
