IN APNEA is a brief portrait of life in a mountain town, where along with the heat the summer brings with it a constant stream of visitors. Tourism is the driving force for the town and the working season has its rules and timescale. Ezio and Andrea work in the restaurant sector and know this well: they have to deal with a job that leaves no time to breathe while they try to live in a place that "seems perfect".
