Awards

Amelia de Eccher Award – for women active in Film and the Mountains
Ed. 2026
The jury unanimously awards the prize to director Elena Goatelli for her documentary Fémene, which impressed the jury by placing women of different generations at the heart of a narrative full of both information and emotion, exploring the condition of women in the mountains of Trentino and within Italian society. These intimate and personal micro-stories come together to form a collective narrative in which the political subjectivity of women emerges clearly, through themes ranging from education, family and gender relations to abortion, employment and economic dependence, offering a perspective that is delicate, sensitive and ironic, yet never superficial.
