This is the story of two huskies, Bjorn and Yfaut, used during a French Antarctic expedition in 1949. A plea was then made in order to prevent their abandonment and Dr. Vic Delort Cère of the department of Cantal in southern France adopted them. Dr. Delort uses them in the winter season to reach the distant homes of his patients and transport them in case of hospitalization.
