At Sopramonte di Orgosolo, in Sardinia, once a refuge for bandits and fugitives, the shepherds try to survive along with their flocks. When the stormy season arrives it means that it is time to make a move. At this point it is the shepherds’ turn to look for food for the livestock, spending whole months in silence, broken only by small daily gestures.
