Two internationally famous skiers, Thurlow and Bodenstein cross the Main Divide in the mountainous area of south New Zealand. They go up the difficult Rudolph glacier, cross the Divide at Sella Grahm at an altitude of 8500 feet and then descend across the Franz Joseph glacier. The two dicover the emotion of skiing at a high altitude with the Tasmanian sea in the background.
