Mount Tribulaun hangs over the Fleres Valley and seems to rise straight out of the mountain meadows. Albert has lived in harmony with this mountain since he was a child. At the end of a Sunday climb he greets the alpinists on the summit just as a host would greet his guests. But the mountain is not just a Sunday pastime for Albert. It also represents really hard work. A handful of hay from the mountain pastures is worth a basket of hay from the valley. It is the green gold of Fleres Valley.
