The documentary is about the great skiing adventure of Caterina, Clara, Nicola, Elena and some other children before, during and after a cross country skiing race in which nearly 15000 people take part. The race takes place at Autrans in France, a well-known place for that. At the end of the long race the children are tired but happy.
