This documentary is a description of the landscape, mountains, sport and psychology of some of the most representative paths along rock training grounds on the outskirts of Trieste. Traditional mountaineering begins in Val Rosandra with paths climbed by Enrico Bernardi, Marco Sterni, Corrado Pipolo, Stefano Staffetta, Aldo Michelini and then it turns towards Prosecco where bouldering is practised. The panorama ends on the Duino rock where the Karst ends its course to the sea.
