The life of Jean-Pierre Didier, Alain, Akli, Fernand and Jean-Claude spent within the wall of Bel-Air hospital in Charleville-Mézières. Most of them are schizofenics. The mental illness isolates them from the world as if they were in prison. There is no future and hope... their life is inexistent. Pascal Petitqueux has been trying to improve their existence for four years. He is a psychiatric nurse and has two great passions: his work patients and the mountains. So he decides to bring the two together. The rock climbing school and a few short trips in the Oisans open new horizons for Pascal's patients.
