This is a film of the frst three expeditions in an initiative calles "Esprit d'Equipe" launched by Benoit Chamoux. The expeditions to Annapurna, Everest and Manaslu are relived through film shot by ean Afanassieff, Michel Parmentier and Pierre Royer, cameraman, mountaineer and director. Overcoming the simple concept of "reportage", they emphasize the continual collaboration between mountaineers and film-makers by transforming the filming work into an essential component of the expedition.
