In the sixties farming was the only resource of Val Senales and because of the lack of work many were obliged to leave the valley. In the seventies, however new jobs were created with the construction of the cable car on the glacier, thanks to Leo Gurschler.The glacier became accessible to summer ski enthusiasts and things changed in the valley. The film introduces us to the valley and its inhabitants are narrates the story of Leo Gurschler and other people who live and work in the valley.
