Are there still contacts with ancient pre-Christian matriarchal religions in our civilization? The film takes us to ancient places of wprship, unknown and remote places in the Alps diffused with a religious atmosphere. Men used to worship divinities in the spring, rivers, rocks, trees and mother earth, places later associated with Christian symbols after the construction of chapels and churches. Although ths is a cultural film, it does not confine itself to a mere documentary description, but seeks to recreate the magical atmosphere of this ancient religious spots and the ancient alpin myths wich seem to unite the past with the present.
