According to ancient fables, the valley of seven lakes was the paradise where the whte sisters used to live. They were gentle, warm-hearted being whose flocks used to pasture on the steep slope towards the Soca valley and released stones upon anyone who tried to approach them. The flocks were headed by a goat whose golden horsewere the key to the golden hidden inthe treasure mountain of Bogotin. Though invulnerable, f the goat was hit by a hunter a marvellous miraculous flower, the Triglav flower, would grow from its blood. The story takes place in the beautiful atmosphere of the valley of the seven lakes and surrounding mountains.
