The film is set in the picturesque Valle di Rabbi where the Ski Tre has been held for the past seven years. This event combines three winter sports: cross country skiing, ski touring and downhill. One of the participants dreams about the exhausting preparation he went through before the race which, as Tone Valeruz declared when he took part in it in 1996, is a real event for real men.

Herman Zadra
Herman Zadra was born in Rome on 22 November 1961. After his law studies, in 1992 he opened Easy Video, a production studio for documentary and feature films. In the course of the years Herman Zadra has made several video productions and provided many services for Italian RAI Television and other national and international networks. He has entered many film festivals including TrentoFilmfestival where he participated in 1995 with the award-winning film Le Maddalene, receiving the “ Farfalla d'Oro del Trentino” prize, Ski tre Val di Rabbi and Morph, la Metamorfosi, which received the Solidarity prize 2000.
