For over thirty years, on the last Sunday in July, the SOSAT choir members, with hundreds of hikers mountaineers from all over the Alps, have attended a memorial service at the XII Apostoli refuge (m 2489), in the Brenta Dolomites, for those who have died in the mountains. The ceremony takes place in the little church made in the rock. The SOSAT choir plays an important role on this day in July, alternating moments of great emotional intensity inside the church with moments of fun and happiness in the refuge. A special day, commented by the managers of the XII Apostoli, the president and choirmaster, together with other remarks by alpinists, relatives, choir members and hikers.
