A group of Tibetan piligrims start out on a journey from a village in western Nepal through the Himalayas to gain strength and blessings from the gods. Agu Lama, a village elder at the end of his life, leads them. It’s a gruelling and exhausting two week climb for the villagers from Hulma. The older piligrims believe the spirits of the mountains will forgive the sins they have commited.
