A leading project has proposed the model of lived-in mountain areas in which sustainable tourism, together with high mountain agriculture, can provide enough opportunities and incentives for the local residents to stay there, and to prevent the abandonment of these areas. The documentary shows a summary of the rural development measures implemented by this project in 25 municipalities of the Valsugana. It is an initiative of the European Union and the BIM Brenta Consortium.
