The journey of two backpackers travelling around the world brings them to Kailash, the holy mountain of Tibet, On the way, they come into contact with the colourful life of the area and mingle with the characteristic masks of the local folklore. Through pain and suffering Tibetan pilgrims yearn for redemption and its fulfilment and they parteciapte together in the dazzling festival celebrating the birth and death of Buddha.
