The film shows the development of winter sports in this eastern European country. It explains that, in the case of Banska, this development is the result of the modernization of a small town in the Bulgarian mountains, which has retained until now the spirit of economic and social revival, and the invasion of a foreign elite of ski instructors who participate in the international meeting and share their experience with the native enthusiasts.
