When nature is covered with snow, the whole country is filled with magic and turns into a huge national park that stretches from the Alps to Etna. In this silent white blanket alpine choughs, chamois, wolves, chaffinches, ibex, griffons, eagles, lynxes and many other animals of the woods appear here and there belying the conviction that everything is hibernating.
The documentary crosses ten nature parks scattered throughout the Italian peninsula, listening to the voice of each of these animals narrating, as if making a confession, their relationship with the cold winter.
