A small group of Russian cyclists decide to explore the remote regions of the Altai mountains and the Ukok plateau in particular (the "World’s End" as the inhabitants of Altai call it) taking with them a camcorder to record the natural beauty of this area.
The Altai region has been listed by UNESCO as a world heritage for its natural and cultural uniqueness and Ukok is a mysterious plateau at an altitude of about 3,000 metres.
The three Russian cyclists intend to show the fascinating environmental diversities of this region and, at the same time, thoroughly enjoy their adventure and test the route for cycle-tours.
