Is it true that winters in the Alps are becoming shorter and shorter? Is it true that natural disasters caused by bad weather are rapidly increasing? Is there a time limit for what are commonly called "the perpetual snows" of the glaciers? Is it true that in the future ski resorts situated at mid-altitudes will have to do without snow in winter? The "Universum" television team and the meteorologist Andreas Jäger of the Austrian Ö3 radio station investigate the climatic effects caused by the increase in temperature, using a weather balloon equipped by the Sonnblick weather station.
