The documentary recounts, with high altitude mountain scenes, the expedition of a group of climbing experts to conquer the peak of the fifth highest mountain in the world. It is said that Makalu is more difficult to climb than Everest in view of the fact that only 50% of the attempts on it are successful and 12% are mortal. The four expert alpinists of this enterprise film the whole of their adventure with all the fatigue and difficulties they encounter on this mountain, which is the most challenging and dangerous one in the world.
