As a consequence of migration overflow the Swiss governement tries to present itself as unattracive as possible. Although every individual has the right for food and a bed in Switzerland, psychological deconstruction, the lack of communication and isolation is a new concept of tightening the rules governing immigrants which should motivate the people in the minimal centre to leave the country. But in many cases it is the contradiction of the law which unables the individual to leave the country.
