This film is about passion for the most extreme climbing. The camera captures the physical and psychological qualities that are necessary to face the “Eleventh degree” and the protagonists explain the mental concentration, the training, the attempts and above all the abilities that are necessary to understand and face what the “mystical Eleventh degree” stands for. The climber Herbert Ranggetiner wants to share with the audience not only the psycho-physical engagement, but also his deepest emotions, aroused by this fascinating sport.
